About Chef Matthew Stowe
Chef Stowe trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, and before his career with Sonora Resort, worked for the famed restaurant Lutece, in New York. In 2009 at the age of only 27, Matthew was selected by Western Living Magazine as one of its Top 40 Foodies under 40. While focusing on fresh, local ingredients Stowe puts a west coast twist on traditional French cuisine. Guests who have sampled Chef Stowe's cuisine over the past six years have repeatedly asked for his recipes and techniques, and now you can have this collection of over 100 recipes to remind you of your time at Sonora.
